Hard drive not detected

I purchased an additional hard drive from overclockers, a wd caviar black to run on windows 10, I already have a ssd I use for boot up and a secondary wd caviar black. When I installed the third drive I cannot seem to access this, any reasons why, as I said I'm running on windows 10 and have read that you cannot add an additional drive. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Go into Disk Management

In here, you can initialize the disk and format it

If I click on properties it says device not migrated, could not be migrated

What motherboard do you have? Have you tried a different SATA port?

It's OK think I have sorted it out at last, its a birthday present for my son he's 16 today I have a republic of games hero motherboard
