Hard drive not recognised?

Hi guys,

Just built a new machine with a brand new OCZ Vertex 2E SSD and a ASUS P6X58D motherboard.

The PC says there is no hard drive recognised yet going into the BIOS the SSD is displayed in the SATA list.

Is there a specific SATA I should have the SSD into recognise?

I'm trying to install a fresh version of Windows onto it.

I've been out of the PC building scenario for a number of years so bear with me

Well I have finally installed Windows on the SSD despite when my machine is booting it still says no Hard Discs are recognised.

Not sure if to ignore if it all seems ok...
