Hard drive problem in Windows setup

Does anyone have any idea how to get one 160gb partition out of this?

That's interesting, never seen it do that before.

The D option seems to be available but I can't remember if that's the default behaviour or not. I suppose it's worth a try for a start.

Following that I think it's a job for Fdisk on a DOS boot disk and try writing a new MBR with "fdisk /mbr"

I tried the D option but it doesn't do anything at all. It's quite odd! I have the UltimateBoot CD with various hard drive utilities, so will try that.
