Hard Drive rails

The installation instructions clearly show rails, so they should have come with the case. If you can't find them, you need to contact the seller and say you have parts missing.
 
I got case from OC but the accessory list does not show rails as a listed part, its bloody annoying as hard discs are just placed in..
 
Do the hdd trays pull out of the case? And usually they screw down onto the removable tray,sorry I can't check the pdf yet as I'm on my phone

EDIT: still should come with the rails imo,it clearly shows them in the install pic,how are you going to fit any hdd's without them?

Yea I have the cage but there is no way the hard rive will fit in them, if u remove the cage u are left with the case which has rail slots for ur 3.5 inch hd to slide in but you need the hd rails, hope that makes sense.

its bloody annoying
 
give place of purchase or bitfenix a ring or email and ask them for some hdd rails as there wasn't any come with your case
 
What exactly is stopping your drives fitting in the cages? It's usually a universal fitting, although you do have to force them more than you'd expect sometimes
