Hard drive suggestions?

Well i've reached the stage where my hard drives started reporting bad sectors. It's full anyway, so i guess its time to be getting new hard drives!

I'd say i can budget about £100 for two hard drives, probably one to boot off and one for storage.

Any ideas what hard drives I'd be best with?

Speed isn't as important to me as reliability, but I'd still want a fast boot drive.
Budget isn't really flexible, spending less would be beneficial.

I've been using a 320gb hard drive, so need at least twice the storage of that in total, preferably more!

Any suggestions?

Samsung F1's are good. Yes there's been a lot of threads on these forums about them, but there's bound to have been due to the huge volume of sales. My 750GB is still running smoothly.
