hard drive + xbox360

need some help guys am looking for a high gb hard drive that i can have hooked up to both my pc and my xbox at the same, i was thinking that if i got a Western Digital MyBook Studio 1TB with both the firewire and usb2 i could in theory have the firewire hooked up to my pc and the usb in to the xbox , could it work if i format the drive to fat32 that way the pc and xbox can see it

You can only have 1 interface in use at a time. Why not just use this?
