Hard Drives Spinning Up

Hi, i have 5 hard drives in a flex raid system and they spin down fine but then every hour or so they will spin up for no reason, is their a program or something i can run that will log what accessed them that i can check after a while to work out why they are waking up?

Would appreciate the help, only had them installed about 2 weeks and they already have 300 spin up / down cycles each!

Any idea's any help would be appreciated?

Ive already tried closing all programs running on it and anti-virus and it was still doing it.

Go to "View"
-> "Select Columns"
then select the tab "Process I/O"

tick delta read, delta write, or whatever.

processes that are writing to the disk will show up in real time
