Hard house events

It's not that unusual really. There use to be a club here that had a buffet going til midnight. A tenner to get in then beer and food was free. They went under though as big issue with underage drinkers.

All the decent clubs in Plymouth are closed now.

Dance academy was closed due to drugs
Millennium closed due to underage drinkers

Left with clubs for the pretentious (revoloutions/oceana)
 
I'm going to this event hopefully on 4th May :)

Its a friends birthday who is resident DJ for contagious and I think 10 years contagious birthday, these guys put a lot of effort in to their events, quite looking forward to seeing what Motion is like from what I have seen it looks pretty good.

Check out my YouTube for videos I have posted from past events if anyone fancies it let me know :) expect hardhouse, hard trance, lots of decor, lasers, contagious dancers :)

Bit of a thread rivival, as I found out yesterday one of my fav clubs in the UK, who host the hardhouse event "Storm", and the Trance event "Passion" is closing its doors soon.

Yep its a sad time :( seems like clubs are going under left right and center these days, they are hosting a few more events but sometime early next year that will be it for the club due to being hit hard by the recession.

If anyone has been to the Emporium in Coalville, Leicester for one of these events, you will know how much of a good club it is, and how they always put on a good event at Storm or Passion.
 
Yeah I went to Passion a few times in 2003/2004, one of the classics parties was awesome. I hate Eddie Halliwell with a passion, but he dropped Adam Sheridan - Lektrik at like 6am and the place went nuts, and it went straight in to my top 10 tracks of all time :D
