Recently brought this in the steam sales. Hope the update will come to us existing owners, if not free then for a small upgrade price. Would be great if it worked like CD projekt did with Witcher 2

According to this its an improved gfx engine so I suspect the price will not be that cheap on Steam for existing owners!!

Rhys-M · 9 Feb 2012 at 19:28

If its going to retail at nearly £30 quid then i guess not

I think it will be a £5 or £7.49 DLC.

Should be free DLC tbh.

First game was very short and around £22 iirc? Was very good, but not close to being worth that.

Dave85 · 10 Feb 2012 at 00:21

No way should they expect existing owners to pay more than a small price for this.

AWPC · 10 Feb 2012 at 23:44

Extra content looks pretty good here

I got Hard Reset for free when crafting coal in the Steam xmas event, had a quick play on it yesterday for the first time and it is excellent, much better that a lot of the bigger FPS games out there.

youdsy · 9 May 2012 at 21:26

You would get the DLC. FWH confirmed it was going to be free. They confirmed it was going to be free while the full game was in a indie bundle, I was truly surprised and thoroughly impressed.

They haven't released the extended edition patch on steam yet. I am waiting for it, and to finish my finals, before playing through it.

gronf · 9 May 2012 at 23:47

Ah, so it's a free update? Now that's love

I don't think they even know me, so how could that possibly be called love?

I'm glad the update will come at no cost, the game looks brilliant as it is.
