Harddrive ordering and fresh installing

Hi all.

Hoping someone can offer me some quick advice/answers to my Drive dilemma.

I'm currently running:
60gb Crucial C300 SSD (OS + some programs) which is full.
500gb Seagate (Programs(including steam games) + Documents/Page File etc) Which is also full.
500gb Seagate (TV shows, bit redundant with Netflix) Nearly Full
2 Tb WD (Use it as backup + Films + Big installation files) 80% full.

I'm going to pickup a Samsung 850 Evo so I can move my games and programs off the mechanical drive.

Would I be better off leaving my OS on the 60gb SSD and using it exclusively for that + a few odd programs. Or putting the OS on the Samsung Evo + programs and games etc and just using the 60gb Crucial for odd programs? I also assume its best leaving the page file and My Documents + other media on the Mechanical drive as I have been doing?

If you've made it this far, Thank you! Second last question. Whatever way is best I'll be doing a fresh install, and it's been a little while since I have done. Do I disconnect everything but the new OS drive, do the install, shut down, then reconnect the other drives and move stuff around as needed? When I plug the drive back in that already has the OS installed, do I need to set the new OS drive as primary boot in BIOS to stop it over-riding and trying to boot from the old?

And finally....

I've just bought This motherboard I assume I want to be plugging the two SSD's into the two SATA express slots so I can use their full speed?

Thank you very much for reading! Any help/advice is greatly appreciated :)

Ahoy, I'd hoped someone would have posted but I think I was a bit too rambling. Just to try to condense my queries down....

With modern SSD's is it worth putting the page file on a mechanical drive if you can?

Should I just install my OS + programs on the Samsung Evo and be merry, and put whatever on the older Crucial?

Depending upon what size SSD you bought, I have a 256g SSD purely for my O.S and drivers as well as my AV. This allows plenty of room still for updates etc.

When I did a fresh install of Windows I had the SSD plugged into my motherboard only so nothing was installed across any other drives. Once all the patches and service packs where updated I reintroduced my other drives.

Some SSD's are very good value for money now, my small SSD is primarily used for my games accessories such as Team Speak and over clocking tools, monitoring software and benchmarking stuff.

Thanks very much for the advice guys! The last of my parts arrived today so looking forward to getting it all up and running! :)
