Hardest 360 fps game

Definitely R6 and Halo3on the toughest levels were the worst ones for me, so much so that i think i must have went through 3 wireless controllers whilst playing R6 and a couple with Halo3:p. On Halo3 it got to the point that i had to recruit some guys from here to do it co-op and even then it was pretty tough going to say the least.

Got to say COD 2 on veteran, its just not fun. Im past half way and I will finish it one day, but Ive not loaded it in months. Dont generally bother with the hardest levels on games, as its just not enjoyable. I dont like them being too easy, but I take no pleaseure in dying over and over and over again.

Probably the most rewarding, enjoyable and infuriating gaming experience I've ever had. I actually took a year off it because of that damn silo mission then one day decided screw this I'm completing it and got through the rest of the game in about 2 days :D

I've still got to do Halo 3 on legendary after completing it on heroic and I'm stuck on R6V in the theatre, i think it's in Dantes casino when you have to cover one of your men on stage while he hacks a computer, that's bloody infuriating

You can't run in guns blazing on Legendary, you have to take it slow and steady on your own. Sniping helps an awful lot. Of course if you get in a 4 player co-op it's not bad at all.

I wouldn't say CoD3 on veteran was tough, just annoying but apart from that I pretty much agree with your list although I've yet to play GRAW 2.

I completed coop on legendary whilst spending the whole game chucking nades at my team mate (hi krono ^_^ )

Yep thats the bit i've been talking about. Best tip I can give you is stick the AI as far on the right as you can at the front of the stage hiding behind the boxes. Otherwise the gimp sometimes works his way out into the open and gets shot where you cant get to him.

Then you hide behind the left box. Sniper rifle, one shot kill. After you kill the first wave smoke out Jung as he hacks. They can't see him then. Pick off the next wave. As they rappel in grenade them.

Once it triggers a certain number of kills you have done it. Be very very carefull as you make your way to the roof up the ladder. There are a few hiding that will kill you and make you have to do that all again.

I reckon all told I did that section 50 times or so.

Heh :) I know this really, was making a little joke as it's how I played it through on normal (and it was a bit easy if I'm honest).

Anyway I've got some buddies coming along to play on Legendary from Monday night (3 of us) so we'll see how hard it really is.

I also remember that bit in Dantes Casino very well. Do as dannyjo says and make sure your shots hit so you don't get swarmed and you'll be fine. Also watch out for a couple of stragglers after you think you've killed everyone.

And... no ones mentioned how hard some of the Terrorist Hunts were!

^For Legendary with 4 people playing Co-op it would be better if you find and turn on some of the skulls otherwise it will be too easy.

I'm rubbish at FPS on joypad, If MS ever bring out an official mouse and keyboard for the 360 i will buy it in a heartbeat!

I've spent ages trying to kill Raam (on the train) in GoW and just find it impossible and thus for me Raam makes GoW the hardest FPS game :(
