That's ridiculous! So ****** off with that. The only reason I was going to upgrade to a 5870/5850 was because it said that it support 3 monitors, but I'd need 2 DVI and HDMI, so this card is no good to me. typical
Edit: I suppose not all is lost considering you can get displayport to hdmi adapters. Just hope they work ok.
The Eyefinity demos ATi were running last month were mostly done using 3 monitors over DVI.
There have been photos of the rear of the demo PCs showing that they had used a DP to DVI converter.
They'll be rolling out some more stuff regarding Eyefinity relatively soon I reckon, like the bezel management stuff too.
We also saw that in the demos too.
Just need monitors with very thin bezels now. It spoils the whole effect IMO.

truely a great insight into eyefinity, but why call the 5870 a 5770 every darn time!!

Does anyone actually use a 32" 1080p LCD for gaming, is it that bad? I imagine with this kind of setup you are going to be a fair few cm back anyway to actually see the whole thing!
