One bent pin, any tips on trying to straighten it? It's leaning into towards another
Your guess is a good as mine, see what Google finds, but I think its so small you may have to RMA.

Mate, it won't help if you don't accept QVL - Qualified Vendor List.

It's well known fact that top Asus motherboard are picky regarding to memory modules, so if you've got Asus mobo from the top of the list (Maximus Gene V is), you have to get memory from QVL. Period. RMA or motherboard change won't resolve this issue. You might try to get very similar modules to those mentioned in QVL (which are simply bigger), but it's 99% for success.
Also, you might try to set up (using one memory stick) BIOS to very liberal settings, like 1600 MHz, CL9-9-9-24, 1.50V voltage, CR 2T, and other parameters regarding to CPU-Z "SPD" tab & Samsung Green spreadsheet and to test which is max settings for this RAM type allowed by motherboard, if any.
P.S.
I presumed you strenghten properly bent pin (to get a touch between it and adequate CPU metal blob) as it's SA_BS[0] pin which is responsible for DDR3 I/O output.
