Hardware issue?

OK guys I wna install windows, so i boot windows from the cd and as setup is copying the files the pc just reboots!!!

So I have:

-Ran memtest86
-Chcked hard drive for errors using software from wd

So what else could it be, should i RMA my Ultra-D board from ocUK, what else could it be. All optimised defaults are in BIOS, and my PSU is a Hiper Type-R 580w modular!

Emm this is not something i have come across before but i would think along the lines of motherboard or CPU, maybe PSU?

Best place to start would be CPU if you / a friend has a spare you can test with!

Found out it was the RAM that was the problem, are GeIL PC4400 Ultra's known to be unreliable?

my pc4400 ultra-x does exactly the same thing. sent it back to ocuk and guess what? they charged me £10 because it tested 'fine' :/
