Hardware monitor software that snaps to screen

Some time ago I had running software that would show temp/fan speed etc of CPU, mobo, GFX card etc similar to something like Open Hardware Monitor

However the one I had would run snapped to side of the screen but would also prevent apps from covering it.

But I can not remember what it was called, as would be helpful to use on my second screen.

An alternative option is to use something like HWiNFO running in the background, with Rainmeter linked to it?

I did think about that, but apps I have running on the 2nd screen would cover it, the app I used made it so even if you maxmised an app it would not cover the hardware monitoring

Rainmeter has an option to always stay on top in the settings. I have no issues with it running on my second screen, although I usually have the other app resized so it doesn't overlap with it.
