Hardware or software problem?

My W10 intel NUC has started acting up, it's only used for a bit of web browsing, email and a few YT vids through the TV.

Recently it has started crashing when left idle, when I'm using it either typing or mousing around it never crashes but if left idle then at around the 5-10 minute mark it will just freeze and need a hard reset. This can include whilst watching a video, I've tried various things but I can't trace the problem, any ideas where to start.

Yes already ran memtest ok.

Any drivers in particular?

I'm downloading a driver package from intel for my model and will see how it goes.

On latest BIOS?

They update the BIOS a lot for the NUC.
