Hardware Profiles

I did a search but im still unsure exactly how this works, i want to disable the graphics card (or disable the drivers?) and other stuff so the sound card works with low latency, does it work by first loading up the new profile then disabling stuff or is it done some other way?

ok make new profile restart machine select profle u created load up disable the stuff thats it.

Thanks i thought that was probably it but wanted to confirm.

So what do i do about drivers?

I got to use the graphics card obviously but how would i go about stopping the nvidia drivers from being used without messing anything up?

not too sure about that, is hardware profiles not software.
