I've just finished off my first build and im haveing problems with it crashing and installing windows vista 64bit. ill give my system specs before going in to more detail.

I can get in to my BIOS fine, although it has crashed in the BIOS once and acouply of times before the BIOS but it doesnt happen often and everything seems to be fine once i'm in my BIOS, all my specs seem to be picked up. i've changed some things in the bios: (C1E to enabled) (speedstep to enabled) (1st boot device to CDROM) (3rd boot device to removable) (OS select for DRAM > 64mb, from OS/2 to OS2)
Now once i exit BIOS (with saved settings or old) and try to install windows vista 64bit my pc will freeze up, when i first tryed, it freezed up at the "expanding files %", i tryed a couply of more times and i would keep getting to the expanding files install of vista and it would freeze up at a random % in expanding files ( highest i got it to was 60%), but now i cant get any where near that, my pc will now freeze up at the "micosoft cop" screen (HDD light will stop flashing, drive light will turn off, unable to move pointer ect) and ill then have to do a hard reset.
I've taken the OS disk out and tryed a restart with no disk but once its restarted i get a error "BOOTMGR is missing". I've now removed 1 2gb ram because i've heard vista has a problem with installing when 4gb ram is in but it hasnt helped.
Any help please.
