Personally, I wouldn't care about PCI-E 5.0 graphics, because I think the system will be dumped before it matters, but I would care about the VRM on these boards if I was doing long run (e.g. 1 hour+) workloads.A decent 650E board is £200+ and I can't figure out if it's worth it.
Wifi is more useful on MATX boards than full-size boards because it is harder to find the spare slot to plug it in, especially if you have a big graphics card. M.2 slots are really handy too, to not have to dump something later on.
Edit: I think the ASRock has a Key-E, which makes the above less relevant.
