Just a note to sing Logitech's praises yet again.

Once again I have had an Outstanding experience with Logitech Customer Services. I have a Harmony One that is a few years old where the battery was on it's last legs. I went to take the battery out to get the Part Number and couldn't because it has swollen so much it just wouldn't shift. I emailed Logitech to ask if they had any suggestions and in return they asked for some photos, proof of purchase etc. They then acknowledged it was a manufacturing defect and today I received a Brand New Harmony Ultimate One. Can't argue with that! The very least they deserve is me on here singing their praises once again, every experience I have had with them over the many years I have been a customer has been positive.

Go Logitech!

Shame I have only ever heard of good things from them, but only ever had a bad experiences. They wouldn't do anything with my G11 keyboard that just stopped working after 1 year, even with proof of purchase and nothing with a few mice I have had too. Stopped using them now and enjoying my Steelseries Keyboard and Razer mice.

That said I am not going to buy from SS again, as their customer service seems to be worse that Logitech to me.

That's strange, I had a Keyboard that failed out of warranty and still made the effort to offer 25% off a new one. I guess in this case it's something they have admitted is a manufacturing fault so will cover it.

The one time i had to contract logitech they were great. My other half spilt a pint of squash over my G15 keyboard and i asked how much to get it repaired. They said they can't repair those any more and gave me 50% off voucher for any new keyboard. I went for the G19 which was the most expensive at the time.
