Harmony remote, which one?

Quick question, on the ultimate, the rewind button and fast forward buttons, are they two way rocker buttons like the volume?

No rewind to left of play/pause rocker button and fast forward to right.

I can see that from the picture above , what I meant was is the rewind/skip button a rocker? and the fast forward/skip button another rocker?

Nope. Each button can be set as short press and long press. So fast forward would be quick press and skip would be long press.

Sounds like a bit of a pain compared to the one+ which has separate buttons for those functions...

Wouldnt it be easier to just use the app? it should do the same thing as the remote

More of a pain than pressing a separate button.

I don't like that it's lacking physical buttons, there wouldn't really be enough for all the functions I'd want quick easy access to, which means relying on the touch screen which you need to look at to operate, which was exactly why I moved away from the Pronto remotes I used to have!

Also, is there a help button? I rarely use it but people who don't know about the remote can find it very handy to have.
