How would I go about listing this in my reference list:

An unpublished article? An electronic journal? A thesis?

What can that paper be classified as?

Unpublished or probably Misc. Certainly not a thesis or electronic journal, lol.

But it's also online, so I should include a URL shouldn't I? And it's undated.

Normally things that are online are given as footnotes rather than actual references (i.e: just put the link as a footnote on the page it is referenced). Obviously this doesn't work if you reference it on more than one page though. Its not common practice to put Urls in reference sections.

Would I put a footnote in the reference list aswell? Or just on the page of the quote I'm using?
