Has anyone used Axa/Swiftcover insurance?

i am with Swift cover and have just renewed with them. I made a claim as someone crashed into the back of me in May, they dealt with getting my car sorted quickly with a decent garage. The claim is still on going but i don't know how long they do go on for. Never had any problems calling them either, and they are english people on the other end of the phone.
