Has anyone used hostiero.com for hosting/email?

Does anyone have experience of https://www.hostiero.com for email or hosting?

Hostiero are an Albanian company using Hetzner in Germany to host their email servers.

Free 10GB mailbox, imap, pop3, smtp.

I'm currently with 1&1 and to get the same would be about £36 so free sounds attractive

Haven't used them but I'd ask where's the catch? They'd be out of business if they gave that sort of thing away for free en-masse. Is it adverts, sell your data, upsell you something, overcharge for a domain to go with the email hosting or something else? Not necessarily a problem as long as you know how they're going to stay afloat with your valuable email on their servers. Nothing worse than seeing someone like that go under overnight taking your email with them.

I did ask this on their web chat. They said they made their money from the other services:

"you can't make money from free email. that is a promo we are doing for clients and that's it. we have other services like host, domain, vps ect where you can order an buy it online."

Stop. You can use gmail with a domain for ’free’ by giving up some privacy. You know what google do with your email data to moneterise it and they have some level of credibility.

This is a company who don’t even own the servers they use, they rent them from Hetzner. LET/LEB often joke about ‘summer hosts’, this is a company who have seemingly existed for about 4 weeks, why on earth would you trust them at this stage?

I can't understand why £36 a year is worth saving for all the upheaval of moving your email provider to a completely unknown entity.
