Has my HDD died?

Just wanted confirmation really. Decompressing a rar file. 60% done. Clunk clunk clunk clunk. Pc hangs, pc reboots. Then....

Nope i don't have any Roxio programs installed, so i presume the clunking was from it dying. I'm going to order an new WD drive today, sick and tired of Maxtor.

Oh well. At least it was only a storage HDD. Ordered a new one now. As i always say, theres a lot more expensive things in a PC that you wouldn't want suddenly dying
