Has the division performance changed recently?

I haven't played games on my pc since I got my xb1 S a month ago(just about bother playing oldies on laptop), however my pc is downstairs where my Xbox isn't so will start using it again ha and yesterday I got the division on Xbox so the start over might get me wanting to carry on with my pc progress, but I haven't played it in months, but quick test awhile back shows my gts 450 too weak(yet can play RB6S better on low).

And so I am going to look back at the upgrade option again, but I'm out of touch with the game so have no idea if anything has changed in any possible updates?

Yeah the patches have improved performance on the pc

the game mechanics and gear/looting has changed a lot

should have invested the xbox money into a new gpu instead

Had a feeling things might have changed ha.

while that was true about the Xbox money(I could've upgrade cpu and graphics near enough with what I spent on Xbox stuff last month lol Though did get the missus and Xbox one too) I really wanted forza horizon 3 and my windows 10 drive wasn't playing ball nor do I like it so got the bundle on Xbox instead and also got BO3 amongst other games, just couldn't deal with having to upgrade my pc to match games when most of the games are better optimised for consoles.

Will need something for the pc though, I got mad max the other month when it was a fiver on cdkeys so will eventually want to play it rather than just because of price and want to see how RB6S looks and runs on medium-high, my gts 450 just stuck with me longer then originally intended ha.
