Has this girl committed a crime?

I want to know if he dumped her then for saying she didn't know he took the car. 
The lad seems to think he'll only get another 12 months put on the end of his existing sentence 
He was twice over the limit!
At 40, you'd think he'd have a little more common but apparently not.
She was very lucky she wasn't in the car. He drives anyway and he's driven home many a time after being out since the ban. I've tried to tel the girls that if they get caught with him driving and they are in the car, its their responsibility but it doesn't go in.
Not about to preach because I got banned 5 years ago and only now I stop paying for it financially. Never touched a wheel in 12 months - very hard when you love cars.

Yes, but she doesn't want him to get into trouble now. Now shes been told that they won't come after her, shes dropped the comment from this morning suggesting she'd say he took the car - full of morals the pair of them as you can see.

My mate got done for driving while disqualified ( own car , not drunk ) , 6 months in prison , this was reduced to 3 months on appeal and he served 6 weeks
