Can anyone confirm my PSU will work okay with a Haswell set up, please ?

It's an OCZ ZT 750w.

the OCZ website says it is

But I bought the PSU prior to a Haswell on the initial release of Sandybridge.

I'm looking to upgrade from my current 2500 (non k) on an ASUS P8Z77-LX-E to a Haswell i7.

My son is looking for his first ever desktop computer, so it's the right time to upgrade for me as I can give him my current MOBO + CPU as a great desktop for his needs.

If the PSU isn't compatible I'll have to go IVY.

Can anyone recommend a decent Haswell MOBO around the £150 mark ? Preferably not ASUS as I've had problems with my last two ASUS boards.

Thanks.

If it wasn't you can just disable the power options.

Couple of options:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Gigabyte Z87X-OC Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard £158.99
1 x Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard - FREE Gigabyte M8000x Gaming Mouse £143.99
1 x Gigabyte Z87X-D3H Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard £119.99
Total : £434.36 (includes shipping : £9.50).

I currently use the D3H.
