Have an anoying problem. Please help?

Okay so i got myself a lovely Nvidia570 for christmas and now that i can play much more recourse hungry games my computer has become incredibly loud.
I am almost certain its my processor fan that is generating the most noise when playing games but im not one hundred percent. The computer is reasonably quiet when not playing games though and only gets loud once im in game.

I know that this is because the fans need to compensate from the generated heat and was wondering if anyone knew weather or not getting a new cpu cooler would make a difference. im using the stock one atm. I dotn want to spend over £40 if i can keep under that mark but dont know myself how to tell what is good and weather or not it would be better than the stock.

Heres my specs so you can make sense of all this:

MSI MS 7599
AMD Phenom 2 X4Core Black 955
4 Gig of corsier 1600+ speed memory
Nvidia Asus GTX570 Gpu

A few games a play just for comparison:
Settlers 7
Civ 5
Crysis wars
batman arkham asylum
Dragon Age

Id massively appreciate any help anyone can give.

Ive had the 902 for for about a month now and my processor still sounds the same, taking the side off helps allot but i shouldn't have to take the side of a case with £100 worth of fans in it.

i think im going to buy the AKASA AK CCX Venom cooler, can anyone confirm this is a good choice?

im all for suggestions on cheaper or better coolers.
And as i say i don't know much about cpu coolers and i don't even over clock.

Thanks, so would it be quieter? and i wont be overclocking but i like the look of the venom so i might get it

Its clearly stated that its my processor making the noise, my 570 is fine there nothing wrong with it

EDIT: And yes im sure its my processor

Im not to knowledgeable with hardware but the problem is the loud cpu fan, im sure there cant be anything wrong with my 570 its brand new. (As is the the rest of the computer since about October I upgraded everything from AM2 to AM3 then proceeded to just recently get the fast memory, then for christmas the 570)

Come to think of it my airflow isnt great I have the iCute Gamer server case

The front fan broke and now theres nothing there but theres is now an extra back fan pulling air out, the side fan pulls air in and my case is on my desk

Was thinking of getting the antec 902 next week regardless, it may help as its airflow is brilliant

The PC only became noisy when i put the 570 in but its defiantly the noise from the cpu fan there's no doubt about it
