Have I set this RAID 0 array up correctly?

I got my second Seagate 250Gb drive (single platter) this week and have just setup the two of them in a RAID 0 array, using a 32k stripe. This is my first time of setting up a RAID 0 array and took advice from here and it looks to be running fine.

I was quite surprised when I saw that Windows detects the array as one drive, but twice the size - is this normal? I was expecting it to show a 250Gb drive not a 500Gb one!

Also, is this HDTach large run correct? I guess this means I've set it up fine, and that it was a lot easier to do then I thought it would be :)

Yes I did want the performance boost :) All my data is on a separate drive.

So I essentially have a 500Gb drive that is twice as fast? I guess I didn't read up properly :)

Thanks.
