Having never played FF7..

Should I get it from the PSN Store?

It's quite cheap but does the gameplay really stand the test of time, unlike (looking at videos) the graphics?

Also, how long is it likely to take to play through? I'm not a huge gamer these days so concerned I'd start and never finish it.

Do it! I'd never played it either and bought it off the PSN; playing through it at the moment and it's stunning, despite my hatred of random battles

The story is THAT good? I need to be sure!
