*Dont know if this should be here or in the Windows bit!*

Ok.. as title says, im having the problem where windows will only see 127GB of my 250GB HD (Western Digital Caviar SE16 250GB 2500KS SATA-II 16MB Cache)

I have windows xp pro with SP2 and have auto updates on so should have all the latest updates for windows. I have been reading about but just cant find out how to solve this!!

My spec is in sig.

Btw bios can see the HD as a 250GB

Hope someone can help me as its doing my nut in!!!

Go into Control panel(Classic view)>Administrative tools>Computer management>Disk Management and see if the remaining space is there. You might have to format it to use it.

If you do what messiah khan said you should be able to use the space, although it'll have to be a separate partition. If you want to just have one partition you'll have to slipstream SP2 onto a new windows install disk and reinstall.
