Having trouble bulking

hi

I'm currently 6.4 and 13St and I'm trying to reach the weight of 14.5 Stone or maybe 15St

I've made great progress in the last 6weeks (i used to weight 12st)

but im having trouble going further

the main problem is having the appetite to eat the vast amount of food i need to gain weight

anyone got any tips/advice on how to put on the extra weight

i have 3 square meals a day and i use Reflex Instant Whey

More meals, aim for 5.

The more often you eat, the more frequently you'll find yourself wanting food. I remember when I first noticed a change in my metabolism after eating a lot more frequently, it's quite odd.
 
Train with heavy weights doing compound exercises like deadlifts, squats, pull-ups, bench press and eat about 4000kcal a day. If you still don't gain any weight in the first week, add another 500kcals. If you still don't gain, add another 500....

Do this and you will gain weight.

Add extra virgin olive oil and/or peanut butter to your protein shake, a great way of boosting your calorie intake ;) mayonnaise another good source of healthy fats and is very high in calories.

Eat something every 3 hours.

Instant Whey doesn't have enough cals if you are having a hard time putting on weight. Get a tub of Instant Mass as well. Add a cup or two of that to each of your shakes.
