Having Trouble with channel4 (site) can anyone help?

so for some reason i can't watch any videos on the channel 4 website whenever i try to play a video i get this image on my screen.

and whats worse is that i can't get off it without force re setting the pc.. and every other video/catch up tv site works fine just this one is the problem.

happened on windows 7 and even windows 10 after upgrading and doing a fresh install been having this problem for years now cant figure out why.

Any help would be much appreciated

Drivers all up to date? Including Windows Update?

yes everything is up to date still don't understand why it happens.

Could it be gpu related? i got a AMD 290 vapor x

Nothing, though i wouldn't call it a crash computer still running just that screen changes to that and stops me from interacting with the desktop.
