Will a single MSI HD 7950 Twin Frozr III OC 3072MB GPU be sufficient to run on the Hazro monitor?

It depends on what you're playing.
I ran my HZ27WC off a Sapphire HD 7950 OC 3072MB. I played Skyrim, BF3, Crysis2, Rift, Tera and several other games. I had to lower the video settings slightly in Crysis2 and BF3 to get a smooth framerate but they still looked superb.

I would expect a couple of 7950s to handle BF3 quite nicely but I've never tried it so I can't speak from experience.

I havnt even tried running a game at full res on my 27" hazro, they look fine scaled.

Easy stuff no problem (FIFA, Dirt, etc.), BF3 / CRY2 you'll need to compromise a lot on detail or go to 1080p. SLI is well worth it and should get you 60 solid in BF3 maxed and not too many <60 moments in BF3
