I currently have a old 23" 1080p LCD monitor, and am looking for upgrades in preparation for Battlefield 3.
I am trying to decide between either a single Hazro HZ27WC, or buying two more 23" 1080p LCD's and running a 3 monitor eyefinity setup.
What are peoples experiences and opinions?

I personally run three 23" 1080p LCD monitors in Eyefinity, and I love it. Granted, they are cheap monitors and wouldn't look anywhere near as good as the Hazro, but I find myself enjoying games a lot more in Eyefinity, its just so much more immersive, esp racing or FPS.

Bad Company 2 works flawlessly in Eyefinity, so I would like to presume that Battlefield 3 will as well. However from looking at the system requirements, I might have to end up playing BF3 on just one of my monitors.

If you have decent hardware, I'd say go for Eyefinity if it is primarily games you would be playing. Can't beat that amount of screen-real estate :D

there is a vid on youtube of a guy that went from 3 montior eyefinity to a hazro 27" and says he prefers it

have a search for it

thanks for the reply's, will take a look at youtube for that vid.
I am updating the rest of my hardware along with the monitor so eyefinity performance should not be a problem for now.

I'd go with two Hazros to be honest. :D

The picture you'll get from the Hazro is always worth it over eyefinity, imo.

Just watched the youtube link and its almost made my mind up for me.

Would love to get two, but there is no chance of getting that past the wife :)

Just watched that link and the Hazro does look rather incredible. Wish I could try one out - if you're still after Eyefinity perhaps you should just get 3 of them and get the best of both :) Although you may need a fairly large desk..

And one beastly SLI/Crossfire setup.

True - although you wouldn't necessarily need to run your games at full resolution. At least you'd still get to enjoy the quality and superb colours.

Think I may just put in a wee lottery ticket tonight :D
