Hazro HZ27WC with Raspberry PI (HDCP)

Is there anyway to connect a Raspberry Pi B+ to a HZ27WC, a monitor that does not support HDCP?

Suspect not as that monitor doesn't support scaling and the pI doesn't support anything over 1080p over HDMI

That is what I was thinking, but decided to ask anyway. Guess the next question is, is there anyway to set the SSH password on a pi OS before putting it on the SD card?
