has anyone got a contact phone number for hazro as my emails seem to be getting ignored. Been waiting over a month for a monitor that I ordered from them.

I've used the online form twice, got one response saying that the monitor would be dispatched that week which was two weeks ago. Never received a confirmation email saying that either had been sent but still got a response. Please could you find out what is going on as it seems to be dragging out for way too long.

I've had some communication with Hazro recently too (albeit slightly disjointed).

At first, it took a while for them to reply (through the contact us tab on their site) but more recently, I have been dealing with just one support guy who emails me back in about 2-3 days.

My thoughts are, since I am still only in contact with that one particular individual, one is only to assume that either a) Once you get contact with a certain support rep @ Hazro that you are 'locked' in with them in assisting you with your issues or b) there IS only one sales representative to work through the backlog of customer communications...

It doesn't take a huge leap of faith to theorize that option b) is more plausible ie. they are a very small company with only a handful of staff.

If this is true then we might have to cut this guy a bit of slack in terms of his communication (or lack of) as I'm sure he is MIGHTY busy at work right now. The Hazro HZ27WC is the BEST screen I have ever seen since purchasing mine about a month ago. However, I am still patiently awaiting an RMA for mine which has black matter behind the glass panel.

It seems likely to me that they have had a huge success with this monitor (given the overwhelmingly positive response to the product), but possibly, need to expand their internal infrastructure to accomodate the huge demand on it (not just in terms of sales but obviously support and the inevitable small percentage of returns too).

I for one wish Hazro the best of success in the future (thanks for an awesome affordable screen) but some tighter communication would be cool!!!

Sorry to hear aboot that you are having a bad experience with them though panda...

i would have thought that is correct ^ and hope that hazro manage to expand to offer the all round service to back up the excellent screens they sell.
