Hazro support

Ok, what I see here is the time for OcUK to step up. They cut Fractal Design which people wanted. Time for OcUK to cut Hazro from their line.

But it seems to me that neither company has any intention to resolve this issue.

It is both a defective product and a safety hazard and it shouldn't have been on the market to begin with

Whats the usual response time on the OCuk customer service forum?

I don't want to sound like an impatient goon (which I probably do), but with how long this has gone on and how much i have been played around, I am getting concerned that the topic I made may simply get ignored.
