hd 4890 LED?

hi does anybody know what the led lights stand for on the hd 4890 (xfx)

I am pretty sure my card has died and there is only one led light on the card with the fan going crazy - as i look at the card it goes

(Off) (ON) (OFF) (OFF) - --direction of the motherboard------this way

so is that a hardware failure sign?

cant remember off hand but check on the amd/ati site was where I found the details when similar happened to me.

Off the top of my head that means one of the PCI-E power plugs is not plugged in. Try swapping around PCI-E cables. What is your PSU?

hi its a brand new 1000 hx corsair....i will go the ati site....

D601: VDDC_FAULT

D1601: critical temperature fault

D1602: AUX Hot Plug/Unplug Fault (upper connector)

D1603: AUX Hot Plug/Unplug Fault (lower connector)
