Hi there , i will like to ask if someone can help me out to recover data from my laptop hd.
I open the hard drive in a safe place to unlock the arm from the platter, but i discovered that the header of the arm is stock on the platter( is more like a black dot solid stock there) I can try to move the platter to a different hd but i will like to ask if anyone as an idea how to remove the header , is stock on the platter , there is any way to remove it so i can use then a different arm to read the data, thank you .
