HD front panel connections instead of AC97

Anyone know where I can find on the site a 3.5" HD front panel for my headphones USB etc.

I have and old antec case but my mobo can deliver HD sound to the front of the case if I have a panel currently my panel is only AC97. I tried switching to HD in the bios but it was having none of it.

I don't know where to look on the site for this...

What motherboard do you have? If it uses a Realtek chipset then just tick the 'disable front panel jack detection' in the control panel to get it working.

My mobo has the choice HD or AC97 I choose AC97 and everything works ok just wondering what this HD front panel is like. Probably no reason to get it I suppose?
