HD tach - 2 x 150gb raptors in raid0

i no nothing about hard disk drives but i was told to use "HD Tach" to benchmark my hdd..

So i did ... got my results etc and i wanted to no if everything seemed ok for:

e6600 @ 3.6ghz
EVGA 680i
2gb corsair dominator pc6400
2 x 150gb raptors in raid0

Im not bothered about reformating

How do i make sure i have it in raid0 before i install windows etc?

All this raid controller stuff confuses me.. so im going to leave it how it is now
