hd tune pro warning

Hi ive just tested my laptop hd, very poor speed min 3 avg 30 read.

i clicked on health and there is a warning in yellow.

it says


(C4) Reallocated Event Count current 100 worst 100 threshold 0

data 447021056 status warning


Does anyone know what this is.

I suggest you backup your data.
Tested a seagate momentus a while back it also has a yellow
warning in hd tune about realocated sectors although it says ok the drive completely failed a week later.
