HD TV Question

I know this is not scrictly a question about monitors but I didn't know where else to post it.

I really want to get a HD ready TV to replace my Phillips 28" Widescreen CRT set. I dont want to go bigger than about 28" due to space restrictions in my living room. Now the problem is that my 3 year old daughter loves putting her mucky little hands all over the screen, so I need something with maybe a glass screen (there is no way a standard tft screen will stand up to the abuse she will put it through)- I know that most Plasma screens have a glass screen but havent seen any LCD models with one as of yet and I havent seen a plasma screen that small.

Any one know of any model which will do the job?

You could look for an LCD with a reflective screen like the NEC 20" or the Sony 19".

If you need 28" you are looking at TVs, you might get a better reply in the HIFI forum.

I think Some of the Samsung LCDs have a glass cover? You can get 26", and possibly 27" versions? Check the online prices then go barter in a store
