Having watched Sin City on SkyHD tonight I am once again so pleased to be an early adopter

Sin city looked awesome... was the best visuals on the hdmovie channel I have seen so far. I have got kill bill, LOTR ROTK, Shrek2, Spiderman 2 and The Aviator all saved on the box so far. and then its master and commander tonight, cant wait!

Only disapointment at the minute is skyonehd, but I suppose with time it will get better

Slow menus and generally poor layout and a lack of channels.

Nothing wrong with the layout/menus on mine, as for lack of channels most of what sky have been showing is upscaled so there's not much in it.

My HDMI slot has died a death though

I hope you haven't got your sky box connected via hdmi to your Panasonic, if you have I recommend you connect it via component until Sky and its various partners sort out the major issues (I see Goatboy has suffered)

The problem isn't just with Pioneers its with anything that has hdmi.

But pioneer displays have been hit the most by far with this problem.

The HDMI problem is nothing to do with my display, it's a problem with the boxes. Lots of people have reported trouble with them, mine was working properly for a couple of weeks (used on two different displays) then all of a sudden I got inteference through it, now I get nothing. All is well on component.
