Hey folks, my problem is that the GPU clock is always at 300mhz no matter how much I try and change it. It won't go up. And it can't go down that's the minimum. The card is at 44C average so it can't be a heat issue. Anybody know how to fix this?

Thats right as thats the 2D speed, will go up (to its 3D speed) when you run a game.

No, CCC won't show the 3D speeds when your on the desktop.
