Just got a brand new 4TB Seagate drive, plugged it in, and it the computer doesn't see it. I can no hear sound and feel no vibration coming from the disk. Also tried it in another computer same thing, and tried it on my ICE Box caddie and same thing. You guys think it's totally toast?
It didn't looks good when I got because it was lose in the box, the anti static bag was ripped and their is damage to the paint on the outer casing.
