HDD Defrag

I like Defraggler too.

Before running it, I'd do the following..

Run..

CCleaner (I'd skip the registry cleaner part of it)
Disk Cleanup (part of Windows)
Treesize Free (to manually find any large folders/files that you can get rid of)

Also remove old System Restore points.
 
yeah,it still fragments as you use it,just re arranges it so it can access the data faster (I think)
 
I used to use O&O Defrag, always worked well. As for defragging media drives I guess it depends on how often you are adding stuff/taking stuff off it.
