I've just built my X99 system and I'm having problems with my secondary hard drive.
All was fine in the old system however this time round it seems to struggle to power up.
I hit the power button on the PC and normally I could hear the HDD fire up into life, now I hear a split second of power hit the HDD and then nothing, sometimes it will continue to power during the windows loading screen, sometimes after being in windows a couple of times and other times nothing at all. When it doesn't power up correctly its not in the Bios either.
My other SSD is fine.
I have swapped its power and Sata cables with no luck.
